don't use if you want pandora as i got a huge 0% back - once i searched all of the fine print i found that pandora is not included - bit dishonest to bury the info so deep

For my wife`s 30th Birthday she wanted a Pandora and a lot of friends had clubbed together to buy her some charms. I decided to use John Greed as they were offering 11% cashback. I have been querying where my cashback is and was told that I dont qualify for it. I`m not quite sure why when online purchases were being offered 11% cashback and I ordered online. After again querying was told not eligible. I am absolutely appalled and I urge you to BOYCOT this company and spend your money elsewhere. I would probably also urge you not to use Top cashback as they aren`t very helpful in helping me get the money owed to me.

'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' so no cash back paid.
No explanation as to what this means so wont be using them again.
Sadly not the first time Topcashback haven't paid up as promised.

Won't be using John Greed (how apt a name!) again. Took an absolute age to process my cashback claim before finally rejecting it claiming it's not offered on Pandora purchases. That's all well and good, but you DIDN'T STATE THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE so I don't feel it fair to reject past cashback claims with present T&Cs.

Same has happened to me bought a pandora product in April 2013 and still not received cash back it is apparently still being chased now I know I won't be getting my money. Will not shop with them again
