	Misleading merchant, do not bother. Cashnback tracked at 0 (no discount codes used, no cookies etc.), filed a claim with all relevant information, declined with no valid reason. Stay away!

	Should be zero stars, cashback tracked at £0 then declined, followed up with a claim giving full legitimate details still declined with no reason given. Unfair and misleading from this merchant.

	My cashback has also disapeared on payment twice, and changed to 0 with no explanation. The annoying thing is, it says I have been paid the amount on my earnings. I won't be buying from them again!

	Not for the first time, my cashback has been declined with this company so whilst the delivery and prices are comparable with other similar retailers, I wouldn't recommend these or use them again

	Very unhappy with this merchant. Spent well over £150 pounds with them ONLY VIA THE TOPCASHBACK LINK to be told that they will not pay the cashback owed as I did not use the Topcashback site. Absolute liars!! I have been a member for a good few years and know never to search with any other links. John GREED is the perfect name for the swindling robdogs!!!

	Similar to other comments the postage is excellent and with you 9 times out of 10 the next day. Finding out that they no longer offer cashback on Pandora was a huge shock considering they have on all my previous 5 purchases from John Greed. items will be returned and my use of the retailer will stop. I'm disappointed as this was a huge benefit to using this retailer.

	I believe this company have no intention on paying out cash back, especially on larger transactions! My £12 cash back on £127 cash back was rejected on the premise that another search engine was involved. Funny... didn't carry out my transaction any differently than normal? Their loss of potential sales as that was my first and last purchase! Avoid.

	I purchased a ring in April from them and it tracked initially and then showed 0 on my account. After chasing I have been told that my claim has been rejected and that 'the validation criteria was not met'. I did not use a voucher code so did not understand the explanation given and when I queried it Topcashback could not tell me.!!!

	Purchased some time ago. Cash back tracked at 0 after having to put a claim in. It has stayed at zero and I have been told that I won't be getting my £9.03 cash back. Last time I use this merchant.

	Offered cashback and then declined saying it is not available on Pandora - a complete con as it says nothing in the terms about this. Would not buy from them again becuase of this!
