I only read reviews of John Greed after purchasing Pandora charms from them so I fully expected my cashback to end up not being paid and never use again. HOWEVER, log on today, it's payable, all of it, 7 weeks after purchase, maybe they have turned over a new leaf?? Thanks :)

Purchased item and cash back tracked straight way. Unfortunately for no reason the cash back has become payable at 0.00 - Back to The Jewel Hut for future purchases - Never had problems there!!!

Bought a Pandora bracelet in April which tracked at 0. Put in a claim, and have been told today that they don't offer cashback for Pandora products!! Will be purchasing elsewhere from now on then as I have received cashback ok for other suppliers of Pandora since then!

I was impressed by the speed of the delivery of my purchases, but I must warn you that there is a new clause regarding Pandora items. In the past, I have always had cashback when I bought Pandora from this merchant, but my last purchase came up as 0.00. When I checked the merchant's conditions, cashback is no longer available with Pandora purchases. I am pretty sure this wasn't the case when I bought some Pandora beads. I'm not saying avoid John Greed, just consider another company if you want to buy Pandora and want cashback.

Hi I have given John Greed maximum stars just so they appear near top of list rather than the unread lowest stars section. Going by many others experience plus mine. They offer a good cashback and then do not pay out so beware. The product and service was good but cashback experience so typical of these companies who appear offering cashback as an enticement not to use another supplier and then after three months track the cashback to nil. It just means I will not use them again as there are plenty other suppliers out there so where was the gain in not paying out £3.05?
