My cashback claim was denied - stated in my claim - response from Topcashback 'Regrettably, your claim has been declined. The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction.' Whatever this means. I am guessing that anyone could state this, i rarely have claims declined and feel that this response is totally unfair from the Merchant!!

Refused to pay cashback because they say an unauthorised voucher code has been used on this transaction which was not the case as no discount was applied to the purchase price. Will not use them again.

Paid £39.95 a for dress. Used a free P&P code sent to me from Joe Brown. They declined cashback of £1.59 on the price of the dress because of the free P&P.

Was owed over £20 but did not get a penny due to 'not meeting terms and conditions'. If there was a zero star option then they would get it. Will never buy from this merchant again, plus the quality of the clothes left a lot to be desired. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Cashback declined due to not meeeting T&C's of purchase, not quite sure what that's all about, I bought 2 shirts from them, used no discount codes, opened a fresh browser window so that the purchases would track properly with no previous clicks but still declined. Apart from that 2 months down the line the print on the shirt has started to fade and the product is falling to pieces, not recommended.

I am very disappointed with this retailer.
I ordered a number of items - but because THEY could not supply all the items on my order because THEY didn't have enough stock - I lost ALL of my entitlement to cashback despite still spending nearly £100 with them, after the items which could not be supplied were removed.

Disgusted. Told couldn't have cash back as did not comply. How? You use cash back, order goods, pay for them, keep them and get shafted by Joe Browns.
Be very very careful dealing with them. They have cheated me out of nearly £5.00 shame on you Joe Browns. Will think very carefully before shopping with Joe Browns in the future.

I ordered a £25 printed dress from Joe Brown back in May 2010. After several nudges to a cashback non payment query and another query as to why I hadn't been credited with my payment I GAVE UP! The result is this is one of two cashback payments not honoured out of over twenty that have been paid. I will not buy again from Joe Brown who do have a very colourful range of averagely made products so no loss there. It would appear I have been one of a few customers Joe Brown has not seen fit to even reply to other than to say to TCB they could not track the order!!

What a con! My transaction was conducted through TOPCASHBACK - I can only assume it was refused because I complained about the goods I received - they were of dubious quality - and I had a replacement sent out! Buyers beware..if you complain about shoddy service you get no cashback
