Ordered £138 worth of goods, £14.50 cashback tracked very quickly, a very good rate. I returned one item worth £9.99 and the whole cashback was cancelled. This is not the first time this has happened and is really annoying. Joe Browns have generally good clothes but I would not rely on them for cashback, it would actually have been cheaper for me to keep the item that did not fit!

Why does it say 10.5% cashbacktie when this is not what one gets? My order was over £90 yet the cashbacktie was 8.03 ?????

Good products and speedy delivery, but be warned that cashback is only paid on the the total excluding VAT, which always annoys me a bit when it isn't mentioned before you make a purchase. It tracked and was confirmed quickly, though, which makes up for it a bit.

tracked fast but put me down for purchase amount of almost £10.00 less than it was, even after carriage taken into account (spent £71.80 - £3.95 for carriage = 67.85 - cashback paid on £59. perhaps taking out vat? does nto quite add up either way.

Had Cashback declined on my purchase before christmas, no reason given just declined by merchant. Tracked OK went to pending but then declined. Joe browns not now relaible for cashback.

Bought a jacket for my dads christmas present, FAKE FUR which is awesome as it means it is cruelty free. Nice stuff there :) Never buy real fur people.
