They refused the pay the paltry sum of £1.74. I used top cashback to buy from this site and they rejected my topcashback claim FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER.
Buy from Jack Wills instead!!

Great product - I use anyway so really pleased to see the cashback offered also! Shame its not clearer that they seem to only offer excluding VAT and delivery - but not a problem the 10% rate compensates!

Have had several orders now from here. Cashback tracked quickly, looked like it was delayed at payment time but came payable a couple of days later (it may have been confused by us putting in yet another order!).
The goods are mostly great quality but the occasional item is not so well put together. Can recommend their sales though.

Why are Joe Browns even on here? Whenever I buy a full-price item the cashback is ALWAYS declined. I could understand with sale items but not full price. Useless!

Even if you use a voucher posted in the brochure, say for free postage cashback will be declined. Beware.

The last few transactions have been very poor indeed. We have had numerous orders over the last few months that whilst they have tracked correctly and promptly, are then refused for spurious reasons. Really disappointing. There is no point retailers being on the top cashback site with offers of cashback who then fail to deliver. If Joe Browns cannot deliver their part of the deal then they shouldn;t be here.
