	Struggling to get any response from HP Surprisingly, I did actually get the cashback from a printer deal. However, HP are struggling to honour their own offer of an extended warranty. I have previously had good experiences with then, but given the contemptuous customer service, I would not go near them again.

	Expect HP to use ANY excuse to deny cashback! Purchases almost never track! On the 1 occasion the transaction actually tracked the cashback shown was DECLINED within 48 hours, for no genuine reason! HP products can be found elsewhere (often at cheaper prices) and from other merchants that are on TopCashback, and crucially, which are MUCH MORE LIKELY to actually honour & pay the cashback than HP, (which is EVERY OTHER MERCHANT as HP are BY FAR the WORST I have used)!

	Complete waste of time - DON'T BOTHER! I have made 4 purchases from HP - 3 of them for well over £1000 - 3 FAILED to track at all and 1 tracked but was declined within 24 hours! In my opinion getting cashback out of HP is akin to getting blood out of a stone! HP cashback is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! DON'T BOTHER!

	Product OKm but don't expect cashback Like others I simply can't be bothered to spend the time appealing a claim for a small amount. I clearly met the t & cs, ordered tracked, but HP reject the claim.

	Cashback declined Cashback with HP is always declined if you use one of their special offer vouchers on your purchase. But you would always use one of their special offer vouchers as the prices are too high without them. So effectively you will never get cashback.

	Decline cashback for no reason I spent nearly £700 with HP on a new PC with a 3 year warranty and was expecting just over £10 cashback. I used the official discount code advertised on the front of HP's website , the very code they are giving out yet my cashback was declined. I won't by HP again due to this.

	They don't give cashback I placed two substantial orders with hp and I didn't get my cashback on either of them. I submitted a claim with top cashback and have not had any response.

	Tracked at zero then declined Like others I simply can't be bothered to spend the time submitting a claim. I clearly met the t & cs, ordered tracked, but at zero, stayed like that for weeks and then inexplicably declined.

	Useless Avoid HP on TopCashback. Despite meeting all requirements, cashback was denied due to 'Terms and Conditions not met.' Feels misleading and frustrating. Don't rely on promised cashback incentives when purchasing.

	Cash back declined Must be an unspoken rule that HP does not pay cash back when purchasing a sale item computer. A reason should be published by Top cash back as this apparently is happening regularly.

	EXCELLENT - I got my bonus in under 7 weeks Having read the reviews I was building myself up for a fall with HP but they paid out in under 7 weeks. I am very happy and don’t have any issue with HP’s payout. I can only assume those that didn't get paid maybe didn’t meet the criteria required? Thank you HP & TopCashback????

	No cashback After reading all the reviews my expectations were not high. My expectations were met! Declined after a tracked transaction. Why do they advertise cashback if they have no intention of paying it?

	Useless Don't expect any cashback from HP. My claim was rejected on the grounds of “Terms and Conditions not met”. This was inexplicable because all the terms and conditions WERE met.... Avoid

	Doesn't pay out cashback (would not even rate them 1 star) I spent £650 on a new laptop, didn't use any codes and it didn't track. I raised a claim and HP declined stating "terms and conditions not met" but couldn't tell me what. Check feedback as I'm not the only one. Should be removed from the site.

	HP dont pay out Ive had a number of HP purchases since 2015, they all pretty much ended up in the Top Cashback customer services dept. HP request further information and confirmation order numbers then take months to say more info required or just decline the cashback. Ive just closed 2 missing cashback cases that have been ongoing since 2021 (3 years after the purchase). I must also add that top cash back kept sending me HP special offers that looked great but obviously not if they dont ever get honored.

	Not paid out - again Once again HP has not paid out. This is the third time I have bought a laptop or other equipment and they claim that the purchase is not eligible. Purchase from them by all means but don't expect to receive any cash back.
