	Not paid out - again Once again HP has not paid out. This is the third time I have bought a laptop or other equipment and they claim that the purchase is not eligible. Purchase from them by all means but don't expect to receive any cash back.

	takes to long to get cashback..? takes to long to get cashback..?, i purchase allot but all other vendors pay the cashback 2-4 weeks I'm unsure why hp take 6 months//?

	Declined I purchase a lot through HP (not anymore!). They used to always approve cash back. Over the last 12 months they have now rejected pretty much all of them and it never tracks. Avoid them if you’re doing it for cash back!

	Didnt track, eventually declined after logging missing cashback HP declined missing cashback claim, especially following all their rules closely, I would avoid in future as it seems they no longer want to give cashback.

	Didn't pay until I chased it up HP failed to pay my cashback on a laptop purchase until I contacted Top Cashback and they chased HP for me. Then they were still slow to pay up, but I now have the money.

	Regularly declined and never tracks I'm unsure why as I have no issues with other retailers but I always have to raise a claim for missing cashback with HP, it never tracks and it is almost always declined.

	Be careful people - this merchant did not recognise my transaction and subsequent claim. HP then hid behind reports of click routing for the purchase when I can 100% remember using TCP. I's a shame as all of my other TCP uses have been top draw but coincidentally with a big claim like this .... nada ! Oh well, some you win, some you lose. Just don't raise your expectations !

	Value for money. Instant ink plan offers the best deal. Was not able to connect my computer with the printer but the customer service team got it done right away. Great after sales service.
