Miss and hit. They put my claim "on hold" till the stay and later rejected it. Lost 35 quid. Next time probably go through different booking site. Hint: do not create a profile on hotels.com during booking, is seems that it breaks the link.

Average. I had issue obtaining cashback and called 4 times! No one could help me, they just didn't care. Never called me back despite promises, all 4 of them! Ended up booking with SPG because of the poor service
