I was taken in by their cashback offer to do a mobile booking. However when I made the booking through my phone the cashback was declined!

They are very slow to provide the cash back. I'm waiting for cash back on hotel stays from months ago. It's hard to keep track of o/s money - or is this their intention as I'm sure a lot of people don't follow this up. I've used booking.com and Amoma and the way they process thei cash back is much more satisfactory.

Cashback tracked correctly every time. Doesn't usually pay out until after the hotel stay has been completed, but has always paid out quickly after the hotel stay.
