They are too inconsistent. i have to keep lodging missing or declined claims. You can see from my history that I use this site a lot. This is this last time I shall chase a claim. If it happens again I will move my hotel bookings to an alternative hotel rewards program. It will also result in me using topcaskback less. Regards Paul mainwaring

They are very slow to provide the cash back. I'm waiting for cash back on hotel stays from months ago. It's hard to keep track of o/s money - or is this their intention as I'm sure a lot of people don't follow this up. I've used booking.com and Amoma and the way they process thei cash back is much more satisfactory.
