I have used this organisation 6 or 7 times now and have found them first class to deal with and cash back has always been paid accurately and often very quickly after my visit to the relevent hotel.

Cashback claims don't seem to automatically go onto my account for hotels.com and I have to submit a claim, which then takes time - but with the details I submit the claims always come through eventually, it just takes a few months and I have to check and keep an eye on my dashboard to ensure I get cashback for every booking I have made

Miss and hit. They put my claim "on hold" till the stay and later rejected it. Lost 35 quid. Next time probably go through different booking site. Hint: do not create a profile on hotels.com during booking, is seems that it breaks the link.
