Awful. Only used this company for the cashback, however because I used a voucher code also the cashback was invalid. Yet they guarantee to beat any price of a hotel on another website so they matched the price in the end anyway which made the voucher obsolete. If anything it reduced my cashback amount. waited 4 months for a response. Pathetic

Becoming increasingly disappointed with hotels.com. Book at least one stay via hotels.com every month. The last three booking have all been declined. Support ticket opened and now been accepted for one of these claims, rejected for another (no record of booking!!), not sure what will happen with the third. Never had any problems in the past, not sure why now, when we are doing everything the same

Mixed opinions - some transactions track fine and are paid out within a month or two, others (including a larger transaction) don't track or track and disappear - still waiting for manual claim to be resolved coming on for a year later (and losing hope).

Hotels.com are one of the most helful companies that I have used. Even when I have had to change a non changeable booking, if they could, they have done theie best to accomodate.
