Dreadful - have booked hotels 8 times since 2013 and they have only honoured the cashback 3 times; I don't use any discount code but they still decline; I can prove I stayed there but doesn't seem to matter. So £28.79 cashback declined over the years. They don't play by the rules.

Not tracked - after putting it in manually, it got declined for "not being the last referrer" - be aware when using Hotels.com if you're hoping to get your cashback - it might be cheaper elsewhere without cashback

Easy to book but waiting longer than I should for cash back. Hotel stay was in February and should have received payment a few weeks ago! Would not rush to use this again.
