It took over 6 months to get the £2 odd cashback. TopCashBack did fine, I lodged a complaint and they attempted to get the money sooner, but Hotel.com was awful

Systems are great. I enjoy collecting reward nights but was disappointed to find that when I received an email encouraging me to book extra nights to get closer towards my next reward, with a discount, I then got a message to say I couldn't claim nights towards the reward because I'd used the discount. Very misleading.

Cashback is as always a great extra discount but Hotel.com offers are not what they used to be and sometimes dearer than directly wth hotel. In the case of leading Hotel chains, often the Topcash cash will also apply
