Cash back received promptly. Be wary of hidden charges such as booking fees which are not clearly shown until final payment stage. I thought I was getting a good rate until I arrived at hotel and saw the actual room rates which were similar price if you took off the booking fees! Probably worth checking directly with hotel prior to booking.
