Oringinally cashback didn't track correctly. Advised that payment wouldn't be taken until hotel stay had been completed. After the hotel stay, no cashback was pending. Had to submit missing cashback claim and both amounts relating to claims are now showing in pending. Hopefully everything will now progress to confirmed.
