NEVER AGAIN,we booked a room for my son and his girlfriend in Blackpool. On arrival he was told 'sorry we have no rooms, they keep booking and we have none left' needless to say after a two and a half hour drive and it now 8pm he was not happy. the helpline was in india and was actually no help. kept us waiting on the line for 30 mins, then said they couldnt do anything, eventually pretending that they couldnt hear us on the phone as the line was suddenly bad. will never use this company again. After all that we went online and in a few mins had booked a travelodge , but lucky to get a room!! Otherwise stranded and they didnt care.
