	Scam I booked and went to the hotel. Paid, have the receipt! Have my cashback rejected. Raise it with TopCashBack only to have it refused but Hotels.com because the trip was 'cancelled'. I go to the hotels.com app and see they have cancelled it on the app!? Clearly just a scam.

	Cashback is fast I've never had any issues with this retailer. Cashack is always confirmed and paid within 2-3 weeks of the stay! If booking a long time in advance, the cashback will take a long time. But as soon as the stay is complete, it is super fast.

	Hotels.com via TopCashback - Avoid the Hassle! Cashback FAILED to track - despite clicking through properly and booking as required. There was endless back-and-forth with support. I had to submit receipts and booking confirmations, and I still almost didn't get paid. TopCashback saved the day (eventually) by honouring the cashback manually after weeks of chasing. Not worth the stress - next time I'll book elsewhere or use a more reliable cashback site. 1/5 for Hotels.com tracking (only bumped to 3/5 because TopCashback made it right after I fought for it). Save yourself the headache - look at alternative booking sites!

	Always Payout - and promptly. I have used this retailer dozens of times and they always pay out without any hassle - usually a month or two after I have stayed.

	Scam website Followed cashback requirements. I should have got over £100 cash back. Rouge traders totally denied and rejected cashback.

	Often misses to record cash back I have tried to claim cash back many times with hotels.com and if often fails to record it even if I try to claim missing cash back. Agoda are more certain.

	Earnings tracked and paid everytime! Been using Hotels.com since Booking.com came off TCB. Earnings are tracked and paid within a couple of months every time! Very happy to use and recommend.

	Progressed Quickly After Stay Tracked easily and progressed to confirmed within a few weeks of returning home from our stay. Would recommend using Hotels.com!

	Don’t bother After a short period of improvement hotels.com are back to failing to track and refusing claims on grounds that they can’t find the booking. Combined with the recent downgrade of their rewards package the company is really not worth the hassle anymore

	£164 cashback, but.... I have booked several trips through hotels.com, and they always track and pay you. no complaints. However, the prices are cheaper using the hotels.com app. and, interestingly, by the same amount as Topcashback's headline percentage. So, if you dont want the fuss of claiming cashback, check the app as well.

	Took 6 years and they declined I just had my cashback that has been pending since 2019 declined, no explanation as to why, but it taking 6 years in itself is disgusting

	Cashback NEVER tracks Altho Hotels.com are very good in their own right, they've stopped tracking any cashback for purchases with me. I have to constantly raise tickets for this, and even then they often come back with some flimsy excuse why they can;t pay out Won't be using Hotels again for a long time!
