TIP - always divide up your H&B purchases to under £50......they never pay-up when you spend more. This transaction took 9 weeks to pay & I had to push for it.

Not good recently. Order earlier in the no cashback. Recent order, cashback only paid after having to go to the bother of raising a query. Previous orders in past times though, there was no problem.
