Whilst Holland & Barrett are a good store and send orders promptly, I don't know why they are on TopCashBack. They so far haven't paid a penny of cashback and I now have 4 outstanding claims dating from June 2016.

The cashback for my online orders from H&B never got recorded automatically. Every time I have to raise a claim to customer service, which will be confirmed and payable later.

PRODUCTS ARE VERY GOOD BUT HAVING TO WAIT SO LONG FOR THE CASHBACK IS NOT GOOD. STILL WAITING FROM MAY 2016. MIGHT AS WELL JUST BUY IN STORE LESS PROBLEMS.

I still have 7 Jun, 22 Jun, 15 Jul, 16 Sep showing as confiirmed but not payble. Very slow in paying out. Products good but cashback not so great if it doesn't get into your acccount.
