Still waiting for cashback from orders placed in May 2016 (10months), July 2016 (8months) and November 2016 (4months), despite several prompts and nudges. Holland and Barrett do not pay cashback promptly, and Top Cashback are unable to expedite. Buyer beware - you just have to be VERY patient

I've got unpaid cashback from August last year and two subsequently that have been acknowledged, and confirmed, but not paid. I'm definitely incentivised by cashback to use specific merchants, but won't be using Holland and Barrett again until (if! )this gets rectified. Very disappointed.

Still waiting for cash from July last year. Spent around £360 over a number of transactions, all of which had to be claimed as never appeared. Even now it still hasn't become payable. Poor show Holland and Barrett.

Poor! Been waiting 8 months now for a claim made from June... They track and also go to confirmed yet still after 8 months awaiting payment?! I also have a confirmed purchase from July, Oct and Nov...Would not recommend this company
