So I purchased protein bars back in March 2018, few months later this was declined. Bare in mind I had consumed all the protein bars within this time frame and not returned anything back. So I lodged a missing cashback claim to which five months later it was declined again with the decision “order cancelled”. Lost trust in H&B and feel ripped off so won't be in a hurry to order from them in the future or trust the offers listed for H&B.

Cashback tracked immediately and then was declined. After 6 months Holland & Barrett declined it for reason of "Cashback has already been awarded" ??? Last time I buy for them. It's amazing - do these retailers notice that when they mess people around for a significantly small amount of money, that they lose repeat business!

Ordered online, collected in store, no problem. Cashback was subsequently declined. Topcashback are unable to look into why retailer declined. Won't be purchasing from this retailer again, either through Topcashback or in store.

Not fast and then cashback declined with no reason supplied. After submitting claim to Topcashback the value was reinstated but at 50% of original value. Not very good.
