Ridiculous - cashaback tracks, they then decline. I lodge a claim and the response is that I have already been awarded it. I counter to say AGAIN that it has been claimed. They now come back to say "transaction was cancelled". I spent £60, expecting £6 Cashback - will never get any further business from me. Clearly they cannot even be consistent with their "excuses" for not honouring the cashback
