Bought a big ticket electrical item which arrived quickly. However, my cashback didn't track and was never paid. I submitted a report a few weeks ago, but still nothing. Better off using a retailer with reliable cashback if you can find your goods for the same price.

Very poor company, not only did I have to wait 2 months for my product but now refusing to give me the cash back stating I used another site, which I did not!
I was constantly chasing them for information, I wasn't informed that the product was out of stock until I contacted them as to why I hadn't recieved it, after numerous emails and phone calls my pasta maker for my kitchen aid finally arrived 2 months after ordering it!
I wouldn't use them again if they offered 50% cash back.

Company's customer service is sadly very much lacking here. Bought an expensive kettle from them and it leaked so I contacted them to see what I could do to get a replacement. There reply didnt address me by name and advised I needed to contact the maker not them. I replied with the fact that under the sale of goods act my complaint was with them as the seller not the maker, again email reply not addressed to me by name or signed by a person (Go-Electrical) how rude. They advised that I could send the kettle back (at my expense) and if and when tested if proved that there was a fault then they would send out a replacement and may reimberse the postage. In the mean time I got in touch with the maker who sent out a replacement straight away with a free return label for me to return the product to them, superb and what you need when something as well used as a kettle goes wrong in the first week of usage. The new kettle is wonderful but I wouldnt use Go-Electrical again even if you paid me.

Bought a Miele C3 Total Solution Vacuum, as this was a major purchase I went to great ends to ensure the cashback went through, hence the three visits listed when I placed a ticket, how could it not track?. The price was a few quid cheaper than everywhere else and with the cashback over £9 I was always a little suspicious. I ordered some extra bags too, they opened the box, put them inside and taped it back up - pragmatic I guess but when it arrived it looked second hand, thankfully the vacuum inside was brand new and is as good as I had hoped. A bit upset at the cashback not tracking, not much you can do though.

Go Electrical refused to payout my £79.33 cashback as they said I had not used TopCashBack, which I did. They also double charged my credit card and took weeks to refund me the 2nd charge. I would not use Go Electrical ever again. Don't expect to get cashback from them. They should be removed from the TopCashBack website. It's a scam.

After waiting a year no cashback was payable. I submitted a claim but the merchant are saying I didn't go through Topcashback, which I did. Moral of the story is don't buy from this merchant unless they are the cheapest without cashback.

I ordered a TV very late on sunday, I found same tv cheaper
on another website, spoke to what so called customer service department to see if they can match the pric, only to be told that I wasted thier time and will be charged £10 administratoin charge for TV that wasnt even processed for delivery, Their website state "no money taken until your item is ready for dispatch". My item was never ready for dispatch as I cancelled it and yet they have taken money out of my account. i have reported Electrical Experience to office of fairtrading and have passed this issue into the hands of my credit card provider to attempt to recover money that was taken from my credit card by Electrical Experience for goods that I cancelled. Their customer services staff are very very rude and on the whole very very very unhelpful. Electrical Experience, gave me electric shock will never shop or recommend this company.
please keep away from this company.

Excellent. Not only were Go Electrical the cheapest I could find for my new Sebo Vacuum (which is brilliant) but I got cashback as well, tracked within hours, and Vacuum was delivered in 2 days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Product ordered the evening of 16th, delivered mid afternoon 18th. Communication from supplier excellent. Cashback registered next day. I will definitely buy from this site again and not just due to cashback as it ended up the cheapest anyway. Information every step of the way is excellent! Very happy customer. Thank You. PS - I have used the product twice today!

Found Go Electrical were the cheapest for the Roberts radio i wanted and they sent it post free.Using Topcashback meant even cheaper!.Thank you Topcashback and Go Electrical.
