After 6 months and more on waiting on a claim Go Electrical denied my cashback as they say another cashback provider was used. Errr no. So Go Electrical you lost a customer here.

I ordered a food processor from Go Electrical which was a very competitive price. As I wanted delivery to a different address to my billing address, I received a letter in the post asking me to phone them and confirm that I had placed the order, so the security is good. My only niggle is that I could have been warned that there would be a couple of days delay because of this, but as it was delivered the next working day after I phoned them to confirm the order was genuine, I cannot really complain!! They use DPD for delivery, who I was really impressed with too. They email and text you on the morning of your delivery, telling you the one-hour timeslot in which they will deliver your item. If it is inconvenient on that day, you can reschedule it, and they do turn up within the timeslot.
Cashback tracked quickly, and has now been paid, within 3 months of the original order. I am really pleased with the service from Go Electrical and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to others.

Would recommed govelwctrical most highly. Smooth transction, extremely competitive prices & delivery in the blink of an eye. Cashback paid extremely promptly too. Fantastic for an indepedant Yorkshire dealer - I shall (and have) revisited & purchased numerous occasions. Each time 110% guaranteed service. Well done go electrical!

After 12 months waiting on a claim go electrical denied my cashback as they say the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral. Very disappointing as took incredible care to make sure it was done properly. They will not get anymore business from me .

Did not track and has taken over 7 months to decline cashback saying a 3rd party made a claim [i.e. I may have gone through another site to them and due to cookies not being cleared they got the claim] This isn't true as I found them via TCB.
No problems with purchase etc.

Cash back didnt track. Put in a claim but still waiting. Left feedback via go electrical and they more or accused me of not processing correctly and to put a claim in and they would process immediately. So much for that as been waiting and waiting. Easy to reply with a message like that when I cannot reply. Would not bother using again.

After approximately 6 months my purchase was also not recognised. A reason was given that the service provider did not identify TCB as the last referral. Not sure how, and disappointed that with order numbers etc they are unwilling to recognise cashback. Will not be using them again.

Cheapest online source we found, replacement DAB radio alarm clock like for like.
VERY fast delivery ordered Sunday 1130 am arrived Monday!!
Had to lodge a missing cash back claim as 5 days later still not tracked, although rate advertised at 4.04% on page, on the claim page its 4%, OK not a lot of difference BUT should be consistant.
