Very disappointing
I ordered a cricket bat as a new customer which it turned out they didn't have. Rather than call me to ask if I'd like an alternative they cancelled the order. So I ordered a different one the same day. They tracked this as my 2nd order so I received around 10 pound less cashback. I have raised a claim that has been ignored and the cashback paid at a lower rate. I won't be using again unless this is rectified. Thank you

Declined for no reason
My cashback tracked and then was declined. Bad company for cashback.

Avoid this retailer & don't expect cashback
I've been on this site for 8 years and this retailer jumps through windows by appointing different affiliate networks, to avoid paying cashback. It's quite disgraceful and virtually a scam. So if you see the same item on a different site paying the same or less cashback, better to go through them and actually receive something. They do not accept claims so you won't get anything! Be warned...
