Cashback declined. Spent £127 but £39 of this was on a gift card. I returned an item for £39 but they refused to refund but got another gift card. Don't know any other store that do this. So despite spending an extra £80 I was forced to spend money with them again. Cashback declined and just about to submit a claim when it said one of the reasons for declined cashback is if purchased with discounted gift card. Not sure what this means but my purchase was only part gift card (not discounted?). I assume declining a gift card is due to having no choice but to buy from there so they won't gift cashback.

Overall okay but when you are an existing customer they give you less cash back which I think is not great. However, they are not the only retailer who does this so not impressed with any of them that do this.

More exclusions that a nightclub and just a fussy. Don't expect gift card purchases for cashback, tax for ever to pay out. Barely worth trying to use.
