I have very few issues with Hermes regarding delivery so I use them a lot. Getting cash back is an added bonus. It always tracks, and they always pay (though it takes ages).

Hermes have denied £15 worth of cashback so far for no apparnt reason, we have done nothing different from any other transaction with them via TCB, very disarpointing
