	Made the purchase in October 2013, its now April 2014 and still no cash back. Its been on payable for ages and I have had no help from top cash back or ernest jones to resolve the matter. They have just said its taking longer than expected. I would not recommend using. Brought items from other companies in Feb that have already paid out. Ernest jones are a joke!

	I purchased a product from EJ on 14th August 2013 resulting in £75 cashback. The claim was instantly logged, and soon after moved to "confirmed"...which was a good start! However I've yet to see movement to payable in the past 7 months. I raised a ticket with TC but they said nothing more than "we expect payment - sorry for the delay - we are chasing". Can't say I'm too upset as I was going to make the purchase anyway - whether there was cashback available or not. Just leaves me with a bitter taste of Ernest Jones going forward. :-(

	I made a purchase with EJ back in April'13. Having nudged and messaged topcashback, they finally got a response from the merchant who completely declined the cashback citing no reasons whatsoever. I shouldn't have purchased from EJ and now I am determined to never buy anything from their stores either. They can't keep their word so whats the point. Totally disappointed.

	Every time I have shopped with Ernest jones the cashback is not given. Been waiting since October for an answer from them. Would never shop with them again, really poor. No wonder they have fantastic rates, as they don't pay!

	Cash back shows very quickly on account and then is declined every time. Not a great retailer. Ad 2 poor experiences now and won't e using again

	I purchased a necklace back in July and cash back of £75 tracked immediately, it then was approved quickly however remains outstanding for payment, given the estimated payment time is 8 weeks I think this is very poor. At this stage having read previous reviews I'm very concerned that the cashback will come through. We'll wait and see but would question a second purchase.

	Brought a £300 necklace expecting to recieve the 14% cash back which has never come never even shown and merchant has not responded after 1 year so closing claim accepting merchant isn't paying!my wife who is ado a topcashback user brought a £500 watch and s of yet hs not received any cash back! Do not expect cash back to come through unless only buying a cheap product very disappointing

	Initially tracked and then went to zero. After 16 months of waiting am now being told "another marketing channel was credited with the sale" meaning TCB was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Unfortunately this mirrors many other comments on this site, so I would definitely not recommend Ernest Jones for cash back reasons.

	Very poor experience from ernest jones and top cash back. I am a regular user of topcashback and have not had issues tracking before. Yet when i carry out this high value transaction it suddenly gets lost. After 5 months of chasing no joy and the claim has been closed. Poor performance all around. Be award dont count on getting any cashback on ernest jones purchases.

	Spent £300 with the retailer. Cashback tracked and went to zero. Had a email reciept showing that I purchased the item within a couple of minutes of clicking through. EJ refused to honour the cashback saying I went through another site. This demonstrated to me that TC's 'fair play policy' is a waste of time as they refused to pay out either. Cost me £41.

	Well after one year of waiting and chasing TopCashBack i've received my reply which states that I will not be receiving my cashback due to another marketing channel already receiving it. As you can imagine quite shocked to find that I will not be getting the cashback which was quite substantial as it was an expensive order. I'm even more shocked to find that a lot of people here are in the same boat and someone somewhere is receiving a hell of a lot of money (Perhaps someone at TopCashBack ??) and then claiming that there is nothing they can do about it due to data protection and the like. Amazing how people are being de-frauded by hundreds of pounds and TopCashBack can't do anything about it. Like others have mentioned, if your relying on the cashback, don't use TopCashBack and instead look at other cashback sites.

	Cleared cookies and internet history as usual before spending £300. Cashback tracked but in a few days went to zero. I was told that it went to zero as I didn't buy via topcashbak. No more help or response from EJ. Rip off - don't use! I see others are suffering the same - they are clearly dishonest!

	Bought two watches on 5th May, cashback initially tracked fine and today, 1st August, cashback value has changed to £0. From reading the other reviews that appears to be happening to a lot of people. Avoid if you are actually relying on the cashback as I spent quite a bit of money expecting the cashback.

	Now waited over 4 months for cashback, after buying engagement ring costing £725 and expecting to receive £101 cashback. The cashback of £101.00 showed as confirmed then went to £0 with no explanation. The ring we bought was actually really nice, and we were so impressed and delighted we were planning to use Earnest Jones wedding ring service, were they match up perfectly the engagement ring with the wedding ring. However, if we dont receive the promised cashback we certainly wont buying the £1000+ wedding ring from this retailer. Will report back on any sign, or otherwise, of cashback.

	Avoid this merchant. I bought in April. 3 months later and my cashback from Ernest Jones is still pending. I only bought through Ernest Jones because I wanted the £117 cashback. I have already had to get a replacement for the ring I bought as the original was tarnished and scratched within 4 days! Bad product, bad service and bad cashback experience!

	AVOID. I made a £250 purchase and have been waiting since over 3 months for £26 cashback. Just logged on now and the numbers have been fiddled as follows: it now says i only paid 166 and will get ZERO pounds. AVOID

	Avoid this retailer if you actually want to receive your cash back. As many people have found they DO NOT pay out(please read the other feedbacks). I have been waiting over 18 months and they have not responded once to the many nudges I have sent. Very poor customer service and I will never buy from this company again.

	Very disappointed - £800 on a ring and no cashback after 8 months! Multiple chasing, terrible customer service, no refunds permitted - this merchant is after your hard-earned cash with no intention of paying you the advertised cashback!! Topcashback not much help either, all in all a very bad experience!

	Like H. Samuel's , a waste of time on cashback . Due £44.66 from purchases in Feb 2010 , tracked fine but been told that it has been paid to another cashback website but they won't reveal which site or who is dealing with it . Don't use if you want cashback , I have been chasing this for 6 months and got nowhere .

	I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CASH BACK. ORDERED IN JULY OF THIS YEAR SPENDING OVER £80 ODD POUNDS. PENDING OK, CONFIRMATION OK THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CASH BACK HAS BEEN DECLINED. I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHY THIS IS SO.

	Made a significant purchase in July '12. I have just received a large amount of cashback which is payable. Although it took a while it did work so I would recommend Ernest Jones.
