No payout
Brought a full priced watch and after 6 months Ernest Jones rejected the claim with no reason given. I would look to use another site that offers instant cash back in some form. Ernest Jones clearly can’t be trusted to payout on the cash back they offer, it’s just there to entice you to make a purchase with no obligation to honour the payout.
