Purchased jewellery from Ernest Jones on 7.12.18 (yes, 2018!) and despite many tickets of complaint to Topcashback EJ has still not paid the 10% cashback as of 30.12.19, over a year later. 1 star for them. Don't give them your money, shop elsewhere.

I've had £150 as "confirmed" for over 2 1/2 years and still not payable. TCB keep asking for my patience. Laughable service from both sides.

I waited for over 1 year for the cashback and had to contact the company to try to sort out but it was TopCashBack that eventually agreed the cashback to my account.

Wouldn't bother with them.I got special rate of 20% and bought wife Xmas present.Day before delivery received email saying out of stock, but no option to wait.Went on website and item was still in stock.Guess they just didn't want to pay cash back so went with Beaverbrooks, where il go in future

My review is purely based on Cashback experience as the iten I purchased was fine and dispatched promptly. Cashback did not track - contacted Customer Care who investigated. The retailer replied 'declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction'. It seems that although I purchased item through TopCashback link I had also visited Ernest Jones site beforehand and that invalidated any claim. Disappointed.

Please be aware of this retailer. I had purchased a michael kors bracelet, via TCB which was tracked as normal however the Cashback never materialised due to 'network' issues with the retailers (ernest jones) vendors. This may not be a regular outcome, however the process to investigate missing cashback claims with this retailer is filled with hollow words with apologies without any real details as to why they failed to honour the cashback. If you find it cheaper elsewhere to purchase the goods before cashback, I would recommend you purchase from there.

Made a purchase for my wife 30th, paid for the item in full online, but it was not tracked correctly. waited a couple of days to we sure then logged a claim. After waiting 3.5 months finally got a response that the claim was rejected, that didn't meet the conditions, but no explanation of which conditions I did not meet. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY PRODUCT AND EXPECT CASHBACK.

Appalling. Tracked, then refused claiming the purchase had been cancelled despite having order number, email confirmation and goods in my possession. Remained insistent despite pushing from TopCashback. Process took months. I will never purchase from Ernest Jones again.
