I ordered EE phone and broadband through the top cash back website at the beginning of January. I am yet to see the cash back promised. I couldn't see that I had tracked my account so I raised a claim that was immediately 'put on ice' for three months as is procedure. The claim was submitted through to the merchant on the 12th April and I have yet to hear anything. Its been four months since I purchased the broadband and phone. Really disappointing service.

Hi, I ordered EE broadband in the month of September. I did not receive the cash back without any reason. My broadband is up and running. I have not received the offers that were mentioned in the website. I called customer care but no one can help. They are pretending to be unaware of topcashback website. I had the worst experience with EE.

Took out a 12 month contract under the impression there was ~£100 cashback involved, that was 6 months ago. Heard nothing from EE and nothing happening with submitting a TCB claim. AVOID EE AT ALL COSTS.

No cashback received; could not submit a cashback claim for the merchant until after 100 days due to the merchant not coming up in the list of merchants on my account. The broadband is fine, however EE customer service on the phone was not very helpful when we did have an issue with the router.

Now 145 days since order was placed (16th August 2013). Cashback should've tracked after 90 days. EE tell me they can do nothing, any issues should be resolved by TCB, yet it appears that TCB can do nothing either. EE Marketing dept also say that as far as they are concerned they've paid the commission to the affiliate in respect of my account. Off to Sky if there's no resolution by 16th January. When switching to Sky I shall be using Quidco, as I have been doing since this cashback failed to track. Avoid.

Bought product in July 13. Submitted a missing cashback claim and that stated £100 (£5 went missing). Then claim was put on ice. I waited patiently and on 2nd Oct received an email saying the missing claim has been submitted and to wait 2-3 months. I've now waited 3 months and no sign of the missing cashback. It was only the cashback the pursuaded me to buy it in the first place. I shall be writing to EE and will not make that mistake again.

Signed up late August, still no sign of cashback tracking, let alone being payable. EE themselves have been very shoddy regarding billing, including charging me twice and disconnecting me for not paying line rental (I had paid line rental in advance for the year!). I still await the cashback but not with much hope. TCB do all they can but I won't be using EE again.

Under NO circumstances even think about dealing with this bunch of shysters. It's been 3 months now and my purchase has STILL NOT tracked. Top Cashback's response has been worse than useless. I will be cancelling my contract for Broadband at the earliest opportunity and I shall also cancel my Mobile phone contract with EE when that is up. You've been warned!

EE confirmed cashback request had been sent to TCB but after 60 days nothing has tracked, not looking good, very annoyed as the cashback was one of the main reasons for going with EE. Avoid

Do not go near EE/Orange Broadband if you want good service. I switched from sky with the offer of 3 months free broadband £50 cashback and £25 M+S Voucher. Cashback not tracked necer recieved M+S voucher and had to call them as did not get the 3 months free. Also my boadband switched on 22/04/2013 but my line did not switch until 9/05/2013 yet they billed for both starting on 22/04/2013. Broadband service is the worst I have ever had even though they said as I had xboxs I would get priority service and would not disconnect. The broadband signal drops every 10 ti 15 mins and after weeks of trying to get them to sort it out I finally got to speak to an english speaking manager, I told them I have had enough and was going back to sky and was told I have to pay £95 to cancel a service that does not work, I was then told it did not work correctly as I have 3 xboxs in the house and it was my fault even though I was advised when buying that this was the best product on the market for gamers and I had the same devices when with sky yet never had any problems. This will be going further as I am not paying to cancel a poor service. STAY AWAY unless you love loads of hassle NO cashback and a fee to pay when it does not work. RUBBISH.

i did not rate 3 stars by the way?! how they get that from every subject being 1 star apart from the quality of the product which i gave 4 stars is questionable, that's not even an average!

Changed to EE broadband in December. Firstly I agreed to change and paid etc.. and then they forgot to process my order! So two weeks later when I had no internet I had to go through complaints to get it done two weeks after that and was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Now in April and no sign of cashback being tracked. I'm not hopeful. Will never use EE again. TopCashback also will not submit my missing claim until 4 months after my order date which seems far longer than anywhere else. Broadband is also far slower than O2 which I had previously through TopCashback and tracked instantly.

Like many others, I took this offer in January this year. When ordering I followed the instructions, and gave my TCB details and username, but now we're in April, and there's still no sign of any cashback - it hasn't even tracked. I've made enquiries with TCB, and they say they won't even submit my missing cashback claim until FIVE MONTHS after the original order date. AVOID like the plague. You won't see a penny Cashback! I would suggest going with a more reputable company.

Its now well over the due date of being payed not looking good so not impressed really as topcashback do not seem bothered. They should only take on companies that guarentee payment .Pointless

Ordered in July 2012, expecting £100 cashback. Followed process to the letter, called special number, had TCB details carefully confirmed. Nothing paid and it's now Jan 2013. This is a con. I will be cancelling Orange Broadband as this is breach of contract on their part. AVOID!! TCB have been non-responsive on this one too!

Very bad experience from initial sign up to cancellation as soon as the contract period was over. Late install Additional connection charges Poor product performance Long hold times Poor tech support Continued to bill after cancellation Cashback not paid (TCB managed to get a 50% payment after regular chasing) A bad experience all round. Now with SKY. Much better so far but also no sign off CB 3 months in

I applied for Orange cashback on the 3rd October and followed the instructions carefully and it still hasn't tracked.. 60 days have gone by and it's frustrating that when you call Orange they say I need to take it up with topcashback.. I have put in a missing tracking claim which is currently on ice until next year.. I have a feeling topcashback will refer me back to Orange.. Hopefully I will be wrong and I will get the £100.

Still waiting for cashback after 12 months. Claim was put on ice at first but has been "With Merchant" for 8 months now. Claim procedure was followed to the letter but no progress yet. Disappointed with cashback experience and also with broadband quality - regularly cut off for days on end. Avoid.

I followed all the instructions to the letter and confirmed the transaction over the phone with a member of the Orange team, yet my £150 cashback transaction was not tracked and was subsequently declined by Orange. To make it worse the service is poor - download speed 0.2MB!! - and the customer service call centres in India are frustrating. Just trying to get out of my contract - don't bother with Orange!

I've also had problems with the Orange Broadband Cashback - 9 months later its been officially declined (despite me still being signed up to Orange Broadband), apparently no form of recourse. If anyone has had any success using other means - such as through the Advertising Standards Agency, Trading Standards, Small Claims Court etc, please post.

I have now had the broadband and home phone for at least 10 months, the transaction never tracked and then I have had a ticket raised for over three months Orange have still not confirmed the transaction even though every bill has been paid on time by direct debit. Topcashback have said they can not do anything until Orange confirm. Secondly Oranges customer service if there are any problems is seriously bad, I will never use Orange again.

I have now been waiting 8 months and still no sign of the cashback, very dissappointing. The order did not track, so I raised a case which has been waiting for the retailer to confirm. I have provided all requested details but they still seem to be dragging their feet on the matter.
