I originally had a Virgin Media phone and then transferred to Sky for some time. I could not get the site to take my details as it keeps saying I would need a phone engineer and to change my landline number which I do not want. It is OK if you have always been SKY as they both use BT lines.

Cash back should have been £100, but only £50 was paid. Customer service team and ee rejected the claim suggesting that the complaint should have been done within 30 days! They refuse to correct their mistake by hiding behind a 30 day policy which is usually too short of a timeline for people to realise they are getting less than advertised because topcashback website clearly suggests that the cash back amount might track lower at the beginning to stop claim coming through. Disgraceful!

Broadband cash back of £100 misleading. Can't get the full £100 cash whilst maintaining your existing landline number. By using the cash back link you are forced to choose either an engineers visit at a cost of £30 or change your landline number. If go direct to EE neither are necessary but don't receive the cash back. This is not a condition imposed by EE but by the cash back intermediary.

Expected Cashback of £125 didn't track. Logged a claim with TCB, relayed a response that the claim would not be honoured by EE as I'd not chased them quickly enough! Another of the many TCB companies who don't honour their cashback promises. When my contract with EE ends I will never use them again.

Okay provider, cheap service but beware that they do not pay the cashback they state, I got £69 instead of the £125 that was listed at the time of purchase. Shame that some merchants go back on their word :(

Not happy. I will be wary next time. On 13/11/2017 took new contract with EE . On the website it stated a cash back of 125. I oonly received half of that. After appealing about the discrepancy, EE wrote to me today (4months later) that they will not take my case further. Disappointed to say the least.
