I purchased this deal with the promise of high-speed broadband - EE deliver this but never during peak times and they throttle the hell out of your connection during the evenings and weekends. Cashback wise, my claim has been turned down - I have been sent out two replacement routers, both meaning that I was without broadband for a week each time. The only small silver lining is that I received my money back for the month's with errors.

I ordered Broadband in November 2013, and the quality of broadband was similar to Sky initially. Since around May, it has been hit and miss, more miss than hit so having had enough I've just switched to Plusnet, which has been excellent since the switch. In terms of cashback EE decided to cancel the £105 I was due three days ago, which coincided with the switch to Plusnet. I feel cheated to be honest and it's pretty clear they had no intention of paying the cashback from day 1. TCB though have as always been excellent and done their honorable best, but when merchant decides after 10 months that "the transaction cannot be traced", what can be done? All I will say, is that I will never use EE again for any service and will recommend friends and family don't use them after my experience. Like most of you, I ALWAYS use TCB for any purchase I make and have done so for years. Sometimes, when I'm at the checkout stage of an order I'm expecting a substantial amount of cashback on (like EE here) , I even restart my laptop and log into TCB to ensure I don't get a message like I have from EE here, so it's clear to me, the payout can only have been refused because I have moved provider. That simply makes EE liars in this instance. Good luck with your cashback if you decide to utilise their services.

Tracked straight away , moving from TalkTalk ,as they wanted to double the price of my tariff on new contract , girl phone operator , pretended" to speak to her manager and then came back with the news , so off to EE .

Ordered in March, only reason I realised order had been cancelled (without them telling me) was that my cashback got declined, after a long time of trying to get an answer, after 3 months I finally found out that my order was cancelled.

Joined early December. Never tracked. Submitted claim two months ago, still nothing. It hasn't even tracked let alone reached payable. Avoid!

PLEASE READ!! We recently swapped over to EE for home broadband and all went well, also the service has been really good. Smooth switch over etc and broadband is fine. This is the point you might like to know though! When we switched we took the option to pay the line rental upfront at a cost of £132.00 which effectively makes your total cost cheaper over 12 months. However, it did not go through their system this way and we ended up paying monthly direct debits at FULL COST instead. Rang EE and got it all sorted, they were really helpful in every way and appologised for the error straight away. The reason i have added this comment is not to deter you from taking out broadband with EE, rather to let you know what happened and to give you a "heads up" so that it doesn't happen in your case. If you choose to pay your line rental upfront, keep an eye on your bank for similar direct debit transactions is all i'm saying! All in all and with that problem sorted, EE seem to be a good provider with good customer service so it's all tip top!! Cashback tracked really quick, payed out in around 2 months!

I ordered broadband and calls back in January through this Website and I am still waiting for the cashback! Having followed the instructions my cash back didn’t track so I sent in a claim in January. This was sent to EE in April. Now over a month since the claim was sent to EE and five since I submitted the claim to topcash back I am still waiting. Having had the broadband and calls since January. I have contacted EE as well to try and resolve this. Who claim that they share no ‘affiliation’ with topcash back. Though in my claim it says that they are ‘waiting for the merchant’. No one seems to be able to provide answers and its very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Beware i'm been with ee for almost a year,i'm still waiting £120.00 Cashback.Topcashback keeps saying they are trying to track the money from ee. Also it show on the topcashback site that cashback is not guaranteed,for me that is misleading because if a knew that I will not have ee broadband in the first place.I don't want to put people off maybe it just me that had this problem claiming the cashback.

I ordered EE phone and broadband through the top cash back website at the beginning of January. I am yet to see the cash back promised. I couldn't see that I had tracked my account so I raised a claim that was immediately 'put on ice' for three months as is procedure. The claim was submitted through to the merchant on the 12th April and I have yet to hear anything. Its been four months since I purchased the broadband and phone. Really disappointing service.

Well, cashback of £100 finally arrived today. Ordered EE 'phone and broadband on 26th Dec. 2013, cashback amount was stated as being £101, and did not see cashback as paid by early March,so put in a claim for it. EE service has been very good, few initial problems, which they were good at sorting quickly, and since then, low bills. as all phone calls(land, international and mobile)are inc. except premium rate calls, which we do not make. Also broadband reception is very good, so many thanks to EE, far better, and cheaper than our previous provider BT.

Excellent!! Cashback tracked within hours. Date of Transaction, 27 Feb, switchover happened on 20 March, Cashback payable 4 April! Can't fault that. Saving loads as was with Sky previously, now have 38mbps fibre rather than 1.8mbps on a good day. Paid Line rental up front so saving over £50 a year on that alone. Would definitely recommend - have bought Humax Freesat box plus have Amazon Prime streaming. Very, very happy and paying about 1/3 what I was per month, plus added bonus of 1000mins to mobiles included! Definitely recommend!!

Hi, I ordered EE broadband in the month of September. I did not receive the cash back without any reason. My broadband is up and running. I have not received the offers that were mentioned in the website. I called customer care but no one can help. They are pretending to be unaware of topcashback website. I had the worst experience with EE.

I have been very pleased to find that I have had my cash back within two months of taking out the contract. The change over and set up carried out by EE was quick and without any issues. I was quite sceptical initially about getting the cash back and have avoided telling any one about it until I was sure that it was genuine. By paying upfront line rental, getting the cash back and with an additional half price offer for existing customers, I will be saving over £300 across the 12 month contract. It took a bit of time to look at all the options to decide on the best deal but it was worth the effort. I am very pleased with the service EE are providing and their customer service team have been significantly better than my previous provider.

Joined EE on 01 October 2014, cashback tracked and it was estimated to be payable in 13 weeks. It's now been 20 weeks and it is not yet payable.

Ordered broadband via Topcashback in September 2013. It is now February 2014 and still not received cashback. The router arrived quickly and the broadband service is standard but extremely disappointed that I have not received my cashback which was one of the reasons for changing supplier. I should have read reviews first.

Took out a 12 month contract under the impression there was ~£100 cashback involved, that was 6 months ago. Heard nothing from EE and nothing happening with submitting a TCB claim. AVOID EE AT ALL COSTS.

Superb. Ordered online end November and the broadband was set up in 3 weeks. Initially, the broadband's link was broken but then after the first week it went okay. Cashback became payable in less than 2 months. Amazing! Happy with both the product and the cashback.

No cashback received; could not submit a cashback claim for the merchant until after 100 days due to the merchant not coming up in the list of merchants on my account. The broadband is fine, however EE customer service on the phone was not very helpful when we did have an issue with the router.
