Nice surprise
I've never used Cashback before, but while researching broadband providers, this 'offer' came up. I didn't hold out too much hope - but sure enough, once my first EE bill was paid, my Cashback was paid out.

Broadband and tv bundle new customer
Not had any cashback yet still waiting aftet submitting a few missing cashback claims. Now gone from pending to 0.00. I was expecting £170 need to get this sorted out followed everything and a new customer not what I was expecting at all!!

Quicker than expected payout
My order tracked straight away, estimated time was 8 weeks but it paid in less than 5! This is my second cashback with EE (for high amounts) and both paid with no issues.

Try everything they can to not pay cash back
I would use another provider if you are switching from BT to EE as they will try to worm their way out of paying cash back.
