EE have been very crafty. the total cashback was supposed to be £150 but they have only given £50 as payable in the transaction. i have tried to get topcashback to look into this but they too are not doing anything about it. I will take it to the trading standards

Received an email today, stating that I'll receive £150 exclusive cashback through this link, if I sign up withing 24hrs. I've now signed an 18 month contract and there's only £50 showing in my pending transactions. Looking at other reviews, I'm not even expecting this £50 to be paid. I've had a similar experience with another email referal link that's not gone through.

Not good at all. Signed up for a deal with £150 cashback. The payable amount is only showing as £50. Been disputing since early March and still not resolved

The new cashback of £125 is a gimmick. After selecting your deal on the EE webpage, you are prompted with a note in a window that say "unable to process request" and asks you to ring them to finish transaction. Obviously as soon as you ring to make transaction, you loose the cashback. Very crafty

Failed to track so submitted a cashbook claim but to no avail - apparently 'correct commission' was awarded but nothing has shown in my account.

Terrible Merchant, top cash back lies and never pays what they promise. Always lower the amount by £15-£20 and pretend to be the highest paying.

Would love to give this one star as I have just had confirmed that I wont be receiving my £147.45 cashback as I cancelled my order. This is a downright lie and in my opinion they are fraudsters. Unfortunately I have signed up for 18 months but the date will be in my calendar to cancel as soon as I possibly can. Cannot be said for Topcashback who are getting the boot now!!

don't go near EE/Orange you will regret it, topcashback never gave up pursuing my cashback 10/10 for TCB. P.S. I had to give EE one star ONLY because you cannot submit feedback without a star otherwise I wouldn't give any start to EE

Horrendous. The tracking shows in 2 parts with the only part yet to be confirmed tracking at the exact rate for mobile broadband not for the £101 due for home broadband. Still challenging the issue more than 2 months on. Sister did the same deal and still chasing as well. Shame I can't get EE less than 1 star, but that 1 star is given very begrudgingly.

Long story short, signed up to get the £101 cashback on 07 Oct 2013, and despite still being with EE, they have declined to recognise that I tool out my broadband with them via tcb.This has been lodged as a missing claim but they have been unable to do anything despite me providing all requested references.I can see most people have had a good experience, but just wanted to put it out there that not everyone is so lucky, so beware and make sure you keep hold of any references for your transaction.

I ordered broadband factoring the cost of cashback. I have been through full contract but still haven't received cashback. 13 months on still waiting for cashback. On top of it, I was wrongly charged £83.0 after moving to sky as early termination fee eventhough I was in 12 month contract. After few phone calls, they agreed to return me the money but will have to wait for month to get it back.

Website says they transfer your number but they actually allocate a new one without telling you. Once you realise people are not able to call you, you call EE customer services who insist the service is working. They then reveal you have a new number and the old one cannot be retrieved. When you protest they lie and blame your old provider. Additionally the cashback, while apparently generous, i still unconfirmed. AVOID LIKE EBOLA.

Beware i'm been with ee for almost a year,i'm still waiting £120.00 Cashback.Topcashback keeps saying they are trying to track the money from ee. Also it show on the topcashback site that cashback is not guaranteed,for me that is misleading because if a knew that I will not have ee broadband in the first place.I don't want to put people off maybe it just me that had this problem claiming the cashback.
