I ordered this back in August, following the instructions to the letter. The offer was £70 cashback and £40 itunes vouchers. I received the vouchers this week but still no cashback, despite submitting a missing cashback claim in November, and two nudges since. Poor producr and service regarding the broadband itself, no where near the speeds of my previous provider using the same line.

I was a fool to hope I would get cashback in light of my mobile experiences with Orange ! Despite ordering correctly through their broadband specific phone number , my cashback didn't track . Their office staff haven't givenme the correct ref number for topcashback to pursue my claim. Avoid like the plague - I wish I had - BEWARE !!!!!!!!

Processed the order in Oct 2011, quoted my topcashback username to the telephone representative to ensure I received my £70 cashback. So far nothing has been tracked, and enquiry has been sent via TCB. They wanted all the billing details which i provided promptly. Topcashback reply was that it may take several months before Orange get back to them. Nearly 4 months have passed and nothing. Poor service from Orange and TopCashBack.

Still waiting from April 2011 for cashback for broadband sign up. Merchant asked for statement numbers (as well as account number)in May which I supplied the same day. I received a phone call from Orange/merchant in May asking for TCB username and person on the phone said cashback would show on my account that week. Nothing since. TCB have resubmitted the claim to the merchant on 28/10. 8 month wait so far.

Very unhappy with the cashback offer from Orange. I phoned the "dedicated" phone line to sign up - gave my Topcashback details so was convinced it was all going to follow through fine - this was in April btw. Now after chasing Topcashback find out it has been declined due to another merchant being credited with the money. WHAT!! How can this be when you phone a line given to you by Topcashback! I will be calling Orange tonight to find out how to make a formal complaint and have contacted The Office of Fair Trading as this cannot be right. Very disapointed Topcashback - You need to remove Orange from your Merchants or make some serious adjustments to the tracking process if a dedicated phoneline can be credited to another merchant.

Complicated cashback procedure by phoning a special number. Still waiting 8 months later for cashback to appear despite following procedure to the letter! Actual broadband service is ok but if you need assistance, the call centre is overseas and you have to repeat your query every time! Double check what speed you might actually receive rather than what is advertised!

Have had to manually claim cash back nearly 3-months in and still awaiting merchants response. Broadband is slower and less reliable than previous broadband (with BT) - will change as soon as contracts over. My advice - STAY AWAY not worth the trouble and you probably wont get paid.

Not tracked after 2 weeks and not atall happy with it as it is supposed to be £100. Had to open claim with topcashback. I hope topcashback sorts it out. Broadband quality is very bad. Get 20kbs and 40kbs speed. Radiculous. Connection drops very frequently. No help from customer service as well yet. My suggestion stay away from orange. They are rip off.

My cashback didn't track at £100 and that is obviously very annoying. Just waiting/hoping for topcashback to sort it out. Orange broadband at my address is fast but the 'n' router is absolutely useless and can't say customer service is much better!

I ordered broadband and calls back in January through this Website and I am still waiting for the cashback! Having followed the instructions my cash back didn’t track so I sent in a claim in January. This was sent to EE in April. Now over a month since the claim was sent to EE and five since I submitted the claim to topcash back I am still waiting. Having had the broadband and calls since January. I have contacted EE as well to try and resolve this. Who claim that they share no ‘affiliation’ with topcash back. Though in my claim it says that they are ‘waiting for the merchant’. No one seems to be able to provide answers and its very frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend.

Ordered broadband via Topcashback in September 2013. It is now February 2014 and still not received cashback. The router arrived quickly and the broadband service is standard but extremely disappointed that I have not received my cashback which was one of the reasons for changing supplier. I should have read reviews first.

Recently took out broadband via phone link but not tracking yet. EE say they have passed info to TCB but TCB say wait 90 days and then they will put a claim in. Relatively early days yet so have not rated but be warned of lack of concern from TCB.

Just updating my previous review... I really thought I wouldn't get paid the £100 cash back but I am shocked to say that I have had a full payment today :) My claim was on ice until 31st January and then I gave the claim 2 nudges and was sent a message to say that it's been tracked and now paid earlier today.. Yippeeee!

I have just contacted 'orange' to take up the 'Broadband' offer with cash back of £70.70 to be told that Orange know nothing about the offer and that I was the second person today to mention it. The customer service adviser said that she would tell her supervisor of the calls. However she couldn't give me the £70.70 at this moment in time.

Hi, how are you supposed to complete this entirely online (T&C's of TCB/companies) when you click the link and when trying to buy a package (if you click on anything) it says to contact an adviser by phone. If you phone someone to complete an order TCB will just say that you completed your order offline so won't pay. What can you do ?

Absolutely appalling!! Never received the cashback from orange despite doing everything as directed and continued to pay both the broadband and mobile contract each month! Even with a tbc claim submission orange still have never paid out a penny on the home broadband offer v.dz promise and assure on the phone that all is ok!!! Not good enough orange!!! Very poor experience.

Follow up to my previous review: After well over 60 days there was no mention of the cashback of £70.70 and £40 itunes voucher. So I have submitted a claim with Topcashback. Does not look promising at this stage.
