Attempted to take advantage of cashback offer in March, rang dedicated number and emailed as requested MAC code etc. Transaction was not tracked, after 7 months Orange refused claim advising MAC code was not advised despite having email proof. Don't bother with this offer

I have my broadband which is mediocre but have been unable to trace the order through Topcashback. It was made through the provided link to an 0800 no. But there seems no log. So the "cashback lure" was deceitful. It appears I have been misled and I feel very cheated. I will complain further. One very unhappy customer!

I have transferred my home broadband and telephone line from O2 and Primustel to Orange today (22/8/11). I did the following before/during placing my order 1)cleared the cookies on my computer using CCleaner software 2) Logged into topcashback and followed the link to orange home broadband and dialed the 0800 number. 3)I placed my order for Broadband and off-peak calls (as an existing orange customer). The offer includes 3 months free broadband (£7.50 p/m) and a £40 itunes voucher. 4) I prompted the customer service adviser to take my email and topcashback user name. I will keep you updated on whether the cashback tracks and becomes payable, but previously I have never had a problem with cashback from Orange mobile/mobile broadband and home broadband.

We feel it important to emphasize that members should allow up to 60 days for their Orange Home Broadband CashBack to track directly to their Top CashBack account. If after 60 days your account has not been credited with your expected CashBack then please continue to submit a Missing CashBack claim following the steps shown within the ‘Cashback Claims’ section, under 'Enquiries and Claims' of your account.

Steer clear from getting a cashback for the Orange broadband. Purchased on October 2010 (£100 cashback), missing claim submitted by December 2010 and still no sign of any cashback. My partner uses this site as well and so far didn't have any serious problems so I know that it works for other merchants but I will never consider Orange again. Broadband service (connectivity / strength) is not so bad but very expensive without the promised cashback.

tried to sign up but there customer service person told me to go and sign up with the post office as soon as the cashback was mentioned they even transfered me directly! truly awfull firm to deal with goodbye orange incompetents for ever!

Purchased home phone and broadband 03/01/11. It' now 07/04/11 and still waiting for Orange to confirm £70 cashback after sending copies of statements in February. Wireless router is rubbish and terrible speed. Orange are con merchants. Will never go with them again and now I'm stuck in an 18 month contract. Don't go with Orange!

3 months later and still not tracked. £100 offered in the add, but when brought an enquiry they put it down as £70! Broadband is good though!

Amazing! Placed my order and within an hour it had tracked. My order was placed on Tuesday morning and recieved within 24 hours. Not bad for free P&P. £1 cashback on a £19.99 spend is certainly not to be sneezed at, would recommend to others.

This does not work for existing Orange Mobile Customers, the order process stops and asks you to call Orange to complete the order, therefore the transaction cannot be completed wholly online, and therefore is not eligible for cashback. However, I waited a while before giving them my MAC code and I received an SMS message reminder on my mobile offering me a £20 HMV voucher. I'm still waiting for this to arrive. Not as good as £70 cash - but better than nothing.

Tracked and confirmed very quickly. They were a bit keen disconnecting my old broadband - they did it before they sent me the new login details! However a reasonably short phone call gave me the details I needed and I was back surfing the web within an hour. A little faster than my previous ISP too.
