Have bought and owned many pairs of DMs over 30 years and I am usually pleased with them. Cashback, however is a different stoty, still waiting on 2 pending transaction from July (over 6 months) and November(2 months). Will be going to the shop infuture and not bothering with their online service. Very disapointed.

Very dissapointed with Dr Martens, my quite substantial cashback was declined even though I clicked through to them in the normal way. The boots I bought were great, just don't expect any cashback.
