Extremely disappointed with Doc Martens. I got zero cashback, because I returned part of my order. I bought 2 pairs of boots from them, and was expecting a decent amount of cashback. I had ordered the boots in a couple of different sizes, as their sizing varies between styles. I returned the two pairs that didn't fit, which led to my entire cashback sum being cancelled. As they offer free returns, it's very likely that people will order different styles and sizes to try and then return part of the order. It's great that they offer that service, but it's very misleading to offer cashback which then won't be paid in the majority of cases.
