I returned some items to Dorothy Perkins 6 weeks ago and have been chasing the refund ever since. I've had no replies to my emails and when I called, they confirmed the receipt of my returned items and that I would be refunded. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. BEWARE this retailer.
