Firstly let me say I rarely complain, always preferring to let things go but not this time. Declined Cashback, said there was a more recent referral to their site. This was not true, I bought from the original click to this merchant. I should think that if I ever purchase again they will imagine they would say I was a returning customer and give me less cashback. Win Win for Dorothy Perkins. To top it all they reduced the item I bought within a couple of hours by a substantial amount and there is no way you can alter or cancel your order even though it is not processed. Not Impressed.

NO STARS. Used three times so far, all purchases have been declined with no explanation, and no further progress after a claim submitted.......don't use them for cashback, only if it's something you can't get anywhere else........

Been waiting almost 8 months for my cash back and haven't received a penny. I've contacted Topcashback and they just sent a standard response. Not at all impressed, I've made many purchases since Oct 2013, all still showing as confirmed. Will be looking for a new cash back site

As a retailer, they are what they are but as cashback - utterly duff. Bought a considerable sum in vouchers as gifts and no cashback logged. Sent a claim but no cigar!

Still waitng for cash-back after ordering for my wife and whehn she sent back 2 dresses she bought on her account claimed they only received one and refusing to refund the money! Complaint ongoing but would avoid at all costs as they do not know what they are doing!

Absolutely awful! Dorothy Perkins wont give me my cashback because the "order was cancelled"....well I have proof that it was delivered and I have the item in my hand! Disgraceful that they have such a bad system that doesnt recognise when an order is complete?!? I'm not bothering pursuing it any further because it has been way too long already, but very gutted that this is the outcome!
