Have had trouble with tracking a couple of times but claims have always been approved. Takes a while to become payable. Excellent service from DP, as always, and nice to get cash back from a website I use frequently anyway!

Had terrible problems with delivery from Dorothy Perkins, guaranteed next day and ended up taking a week. I have ordered since then and they now use different couriers so much better. Cashback tracked OK though and was payable after about 2 months.

Tracked quickly, only problem was the website would not let me pay by my card so had to use paypal, which is funded by the same card I tried to use! Confusing!
