Cashback was confirmed quickly but took over 6 months to be paid. Did not chase via TPC, so this may have sped thing up.

Used back in October and cashback was tracked straight away, although I am still waiting for this to become payable. I used again 2 weeks ago and cashback has still not been tracked. Very poor.

Have had trouble with tracking a couple of times but claims have always been approved. Takes a while to become payable. Excellent service from DP, as always, and nice to get cash back from a website I use frequently anyway!
