Cashback for 2 different purchases has been sitting at confirmed for 6 months now, however still no sign of DP paying up. Won't be expecting any cashback from them in future

Tracked quickly but then turned to zero when due to become payable. This seems to be a common problem with this retailer. In addition,tThe service from the retailer was not brilliant and the goods were of lower quality than expected. Would therefore not recommend.

Same as prev comment. When it came 2 payment cashback that had initially tracked fine & quickly was reduced to nil. Not happy!!!

I find they decline paying cashback on a regular basis, I am really getting to the point of not buying online through topcashback, they do not pay on geniune purchases.

This transaction was described as 'faster paying' and thev estimated time for it to become 'payable' was 13 weeks. It took over 20 weeks to become 'payable'. During this period it became 'confirmed' foe several days before reverting to 'pending'!
