Payment was pending and then changed to £0.00 payable! Don't know why Dominos offer cashback if they do not pay up especially as I am new customer.

For some unknown reason cashback went down to zero after it was pending, it was my first purchase so cannot see any reason for this, very annoying and a con! Not good Dominoes!

Tracked but fell back to zero when payment due. Have been chasing a manual claim now for months with no joy.
Enjoy the pizz, but don't rely on getting anything back through Cashback - sounds like a bit of a fake advertising personally.

Cashback tracked initally, then unfortunately the claim returned as Zero.
I guess they are rejecting TCB claims, don't count on getting any money.
Pizza was nice, but now I have a bitter taste in my mouth. ;-)

Very poor as Dominos turned cashback to zero and then TCB were unable to claim back as merchant does not supply order numbers. Poor and will not use Dominos again! Sad as this is my only poor experience after 4 years.

Bought, got tracked. Confirmed and became payable.
Then went back to 0.00.
If you are using this as an incentive to buy dominoes I wouldn't waste your time. Disappointing experience.

What a disappointment.
Pizza was expensive and tasted horrible, can get much nicer ones elsewhere.
To add insult ot injury it appears the promised cashback I was due has been changed to zero.
DO NOT USE THEM - from my own experience and all the many listed on this review board sounds like a cashback scam

As per so many others. Cashback tracked ok but mysteriously became £0.00 at time of payment. Have logged a query with TCB, but by the sounds of the other comments, I'm not holding my breath.
Do NOT rely on cashback from Domino's and by the number of negative comments, it sounds like they should really be struck off TCB.
