Usually very efficient but on our last 2 visits, they got our order wrong in terms of toppings. On our visit prior to this one, they had to re-make the pizza on our arrival for collection as it was also wrong. It's difficult as we live so far away and have to travel 30 minutes to collect. in future we will have to open the box and check it at the risk of it going cold.
