Took out 2 policies with these people, home insurance £45.00cashback and car insurance £25.00 both are full paid and the visits clearly show in my history but no payment? House insurance back I February - my dear grandmother has since passed away. ( insurance still valid though) can't understand why they won't pay. Ash back due!

I have been disappointed on 2 occasions after purchasing car and home insurance. My purchases have not been recorded and I have had to raise missing cashback claims. I haven't had this problem with Aviva.

Waited Six Months ,No Cashback Recieved from Direct Line. Do not Use this Company. I suggest Aviva who are very prompt. Do not use Direct Line. No updates from Customer Service.

Have bought home insurance and 2 car insurance policies, provided policy details and have had to lodge missing cashback claims for 2 out of the 3 - not impressed with their record on here!

This company is all promise and no action. Took out insurance in January and paid in full, claim was put on ice until April and MAY get the cashback in 2 or 3 months time. Very poor service.

These transaction were verified through an upload of the insurance certificates. It then took nearly 6 months to payout the to cashback claims, with an estimate of 3 months. Not impressed!

I will never use this merchant again - I Bought insurance in September and still haven't received my cashback even though it is now April. Topcashback seem toothless in progressing this issue even though I have complained twice. Absolutely shocking service!

Cashback has been declined after 2 months. Now the claim has been resubmitted it has to be on ICE for 90 days. This is the first negative experience of a vendor via with topcashback over a period of around 7 years and is very disappointing as this provider was only the cheapest AFTER cashback.

they have not tracked my cashback and so have had to be put 'on ice' and told I have to wait for it to be resubmitted again in April...3 months after purchasing the car insurance!

I've been waiting for 6 months now. It's showing as confirmed but no sign of it being paid out. Overall verdict - crap. They won't be getting my business when I renew. Also TCB support seem unable to take any actions to resolve this.

Their website tells me my card details are invalid. They aren't, this means I can't get cashback since direct debit doesn't qualify. What a con.

Awaiting since April 2014 and now Feb 2015 with constant chasing. I've had much success with other Car Insurance Cashback but unfortunately not with Direct Line. The rest of my family are avoiding them. Shame as we have 4 cars in our family.
