I've attempted to earn cashback on two seperate purchases from this merchant in the past and neither have tracked or been successful despite meeting the required criteria. Pursued the claim the first time and was refused cashback, didn't bother the second time as the effort was not worth the small payout.

22 months from purchase to payable! Didn't track, then declined by Currys, then months and months of waiting. I can't even remember if the cashback (~2.5%) is correct!

regardless if I done reserve and pay in store or bought directly and got the item delivered. Every single time they decline my cashback. it took 2.5years to get £20.00 cashback for a dishwasher I bought. And I really had to fight for it each time they said I didn't purchase even though I gave them the original reservation number and a copy of my receipt the next day when I paid and picked up the item

Veyt disappointed that the advertised deal on the cash back has not been honoured so far!!! The purchase was made in early November!!!! opened a claim and still waiting for a response. Therefore I would not recommend them or buy from them again.
