Dreadful. Eventually received £4.99 cashback after more than 6 MONTHS. A straightforward purchase - yet I had to raise a missing cashback claim which was declined by Currys after waiting months, and with nmo explanation. Only got the cashback after persisting. What a waste of my time.

Poor. Made a very large purchase expecting 2% cashback. Was only awarded 1%. Submitted claim, refused to pay out what was advertised. Will not be buying from Currys again, if I can avoid it. Be aware if they have a promotional higher percentage cashback offer that states will initially track at a lower rate; it probably won't get uplifted.

Currys always decline cashback. I have bought tv,s cookers fridges, washing machines. very low persentage offered, however that doesn't matter as they never pay out

I had water damage and a damaged screen, claim was rejected on the grounds of neglect, my warranty covers water damage and screen damage, tried to discuss matter with PC world customer services, got absolutely no where, my advice would be not to purchase an extended warranty and look to your houehold insurance should anything go wrong to fund the repairs.

Currys basically do everything they can to get out of paying cashback - twice now they have tracked my cashback at £0 and then - after several months - refused the cashback altogether. Avoid!

Don't bank on higher rates. Take a long time to pay out and then only at basic rate. The offer of 10% cashback on fans hasn't come through. After nearly 3 months, only paid 1%.

Do not pay the cash ask they advertise. Say they uplift on payment and to wait, however the payment takes over 75 days, where upon if they do not uplift there is no point in trying to get them to pay as they say you have to claim within 75 days. Catch 22 at its finest.
