I was informed that I would get minimum of 5% but up to 10% - my account said that this company tracks at the lower amount until the purchase has been verified - all I get is less than £5.00 which was kept by top cashback - I will not be using either top cashback or currys again. It has taken over 6 months and I have had to put in a claim for the missing cashback. It is disgraceful.

Used 3 times. First time cashback was declined without reason but after putting in a claim it was eventually paid. Last couple of times, it has been paid without issue but takes 6 months or more. There's just no need for this delay. I put as much shopping as I can through other retailers these days. Even if they offer less cashback.
