The terms say cashback is on the ex-vat amount, but what they don't tell you is the special offers saying "Orders over x amount" are on the ex vat value too. Completely misleading and tricked me in to purchasing something that now cost me £42 more than I was expecting.

Haven't had the best experience with Currys PC World awarding cashback, my last successful claim was 2013! Have made at least 3 or 4 separate purchases over the years since then and each has been rejected. I don't expect to ever receive cashback from this merchant sadly but it is always worth a try.

Currys declined my cashback payment despite my claim being completely valid. They simply stated i did not visit them via TopCashback. There is no recourse for any dispute on this, even though they are clearly making this up. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CASHBACK OFFERS!

Would not trust them as far as I could throw them, never had this problem with any other provider and I have been with top cash back for years. Very dishonest - take care when dealing with this lot.

Still waiting for my cashback to be paid after 3 months. I even won my money back for my TV and they sent me a cheque that bounced. Had to send a complaint to the financial Ombudsman!
